ANNCO DESIGN STUDIO is a London based interior design practice with an innovative and energetic design approach.
The founder Ann Koh has brought together an experienced multidisciplinary team creating interiors with unique impact.
The studio’s projects range from high-end residential, interior-architecture, Architectural Planning, FF&E Procurement and Project Management. The projects are led by a team of professionals that care about how their clients use the spaces they are designing; they are with you the whole way.
Ann Koh designs bespoke furniture pieces as part of your project that are iconic and built by carefully selected craftspeople. Geometric forms, colour contrasts and opulent surfaces are a signature in her designs.

CONCEPT
DESIGN
We create and transform each step of design into reality. The idea is to visualized through from concept, mood boards, materials and colour schemes.
At the start of your project, you will also probably have many questions – How much will it cost? Do I need Planning Permission? What is Building Control? Do I need a structural engineer?
SCHEMATIC
DESIGN
We develop creative ideas through rendered, hand sketches and 3D visuals to ensure we meets your aspirations and requirements.
Statutory consents are the permissions you are required to obtain prior to undertaking changes at your property. The type of application(s) varies depending on the category of building you own, its location and the scale of work.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We offer a complete set of documentation including, technical drawings, FF&E specifications, budgeting and procurement.
Once this is all agreed we will prepare a detailed specification schedule and drawing package of information that clearly identifies the scope and detail of the project. This will allow the contractors to provide comparable quotations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We offer a complete Part 1 to 5 CDM 2015 service. Pre-advice on budgeting and cost consultancy.
